Southwest Group Protective Services provides 24-hours/7 days a week roving patrols of our neighborhood.  The officer on duty can be reached by cellular telephone (214) 354-2062.  A busy phone will go to voice mail and the officer will return your call as soon as possible.  Some of the services provided by Southwest Group Protective Services are as follows:

• Random patrols of our Community via a well marked vehicle, bicycle or on-foot.
• Respond to emergency/non-emergency calls from residents.  (ALWAYS CALL 911 FIRST IN AN EMERGENCY SITUATION).  Security vehicle is equipped with jumper cables, a fire extinguisher, first aid supplies and a flashlight.
• Deter/detect criminals who violate owners’ property or persons.  (Plano Police will be involved).
• Provide “vacation or out-of-town checks” of homeowners’ property.  Security Officers patrol. The outside of the home.  Arrangements for mail and newspaper pickup must be made by the residents.  (This is not a function of Security Officers).  Residents are responsible of requesting “vacation or out-of-town checks” and for providing Officers with the names and phone numbers of who will be entering the property, who has house keys, and a description of any cars to be on the property along with license plate numbers.  A telephone contact number is also needed in case of emergency (such as your alarm going off).
